Memorial Services & Events

Some families may opt for a less populated or on-display celebration of a loved one by choosing a memorial service. A memorial service differs from a funeral in that the casket will not be present. Although, some may choose to display the urn if the individual was cremated. It does not have to be immediately after a loved one's passing. In fact, many families choose to hold these events weeks or months later. If a family would not like to have a traditional funeral or they would like to have an intimate funeral for close family members, then a memorial service is an excellent way to celebrate the life of the individual while including everyone interested.
